It's about time that some Sunday league players realised that if they were good enough to play at a higher level they MIGHT get a referee to a higher level too!
Sunday league players are not good enough to be professional, so it should come as no suprise that Sunday referees are not professionals either, they don't have the help of independent linesmen. they dont get thousands of pounds each week to be shouted at and criticised, they do it because they love the game and know that without them there IS NO GAME!
